Ama Ofeibea Tetteh is founder and lead consultant at Chapter54. With a background in Graphics & Communications, Research and Programme Management and academic qualifications from Central St. Martins, Goldsmiths College and SOAS; her career portfolio is driven by a passion to harness the Arts and Creative sector to create opportunities and contribute to new narratives about the Continent.
Having worked within the Creative and Cultural Industries for over two decades, her professional offering centres on deep understanding of cultural nuance and appreciation for the artistic as well as the operational.
Ama previously worked as Head of Graphics and Archive at international Architectural Firm Adjaye Associates (UK), Researcher at Tom Fleming creative Consultancy (UK) and as West Africa Arts Programme Manager for British Council (GH). Currently consulting at CCA Lagos (NG) as Programme Manager for Àsìkò Art School, her practice continues to be fuelled by curiosity, creativity and connection.

Akua Birago Boateng is the founder of the cultural lifestyle brand Oldie But Goodie and the host of the podcast Changing the Narrative. With a deep passion for the transformative power of creativity, she has built a career in marketing and production, working with renowned advertising agencies such as Ringier Ghana and Publicis West Africa, as well as organizations like Telande World Limited and the Council for African Fashion Education (CIAFE).
Her experiences have fueled her commitment to leveraging creativity as a tool for economic growth in Africa. This drive led her to establish her cultural lifestyle brand and podcast, both of which aim to increase Ghanaian and African patronage through fashion and meaningful dialogue.
Currently, as a freelance Project Assistant at Chapter54, Akua continues to explore innovative ways to strengthen African creative economies.

Joana A. P. Chemel is a creative economy consultant who believes in the socio-economic prosperity of the African Youth. She runs her creative consultancy The Creative Economy (TCE) with 8 years’ experience in international trade and development, project and stakeholder management, research, design thinking training and facilitation, having worked across various regions in Ghana and Africa. She also serves as the content and partnership consultant for PICHA LLC (Seattle), an Afrocentric visual content provider using images to change the diversity and inclusion narratives of Africans in the media and business.
Prior to this, she was the Program Coordinator for the Ghana Design Network where she developed and implemented projects and strategies with multi-level stakeholders. Joana uses the Human Centred Design (HCD) approach to build capacity, conduct research and write human interest stories for partners such as the British Council, Netherlands Embassy, USAID, PACT, MEST Africa and Danida. She is a Young Expert under the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs Programmes (YEP), a CIMA Global finalist, holds a Pre-MBA summer certificate from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS, Shanghai), and a BSc. Degree in Business Administration from Central University, Ghana

Joshua Eyram Wordey is a graphic designer and key member of the Chapter54 team. He is passionate about African artistry and storytelling and his work includes the visual identity for the British Council's Ghana Arts Season in 2022. Joshua combines his love for sharing and narrating with his keen eye for design to create compelling visuals that capture the spirit of Ghanaian art and culture.
Joshua pursued a degree in computer science, but his creative passions led him to pursue a career in PR, where he is gaining valuable experience crafting compelling narratives. When he is not busy working on design or PR projects, Joshua can be found immersing himself in a good book, crafting an opinion piece on a random topic for his blog, or scrolling through the jungle of online thought pieces.
